The Forgotten Colours

रंग ढलते गए आसमान में
और छोड़ गए निशानी
अब हाथ में बस लकीरें है
उन मुलाक़ातों की
जो हुई थी कभी
टूट्टे हुए बादलों के नीचे।

आज भी हम लिखते
उन शब्दों को गूंजे थे कभी
आज भी हम ज़िंदा है
उन कहानियों में कही।

The colours kept fading in the sky
but left an imprint on my hand.
Now I have memories of those moments
which happened when the sky was breaking..

I am still writing those words
which spoke to me once.
I am still alive in
those stories somewhere..
